Skype for Business support

The Quicklink TX supports both outgoing and incoming Skype for Business calls. Before initiating any calls, a contact request from the Skype TX unit should be sent to the Skype For Business User and accepted prior to full connection being made. If this is not completed, the call will fail.  Depending on internal company networks, the request may be delayed and would advise that this is completed before any event or call arranged.
