QuickLink StudioPro now has an Audio Monitor, which can be added as a filter.
The filter allows you to create independent audio that can be routed to any playback device. Playback devices could include speakers, headphones, soundcards or even an external audio device such as an audio mixer.
The filter outputs the audio signal before StudioPro processes the audio. This means disabling the audio in the audio mixer will not affect the audio being sent to the playback device.
To enable the Audio Monitor, you need to follow the steps below:
Select the Filters feature shown below
Select Add and then Audio Monitor
Once you have selected Audio Monitor, you can then choose your preferred device.
Below is an example of the Audio Monitor. As you can see, the media audio has been muted, and the Audio Monitor device is still playing to the external speakers.
