How to Repoint your Studio Account for Optimal Performance

When using the QuickLink Studio solution, your account needs to be in the correct region for optimal performance. This can be done using two different methods.

  1. Region selection during sign-up.
  2. Request a region repoint via the QuickLink Support Team.


QuickLink operates Signalling and PSIO servers in the following locations:

  • EMEA
  • Americas
  • Asia Pacific


1. Region Selection During Sign-up

When initially creating your account, you are prompted to select your preferred region. This selection determines which Signalling and PSIO infrastructure your account connects to.

If a region was not selected or was selected incorrectly during signup, your account may not be operating optimally.

 

2. Requesting a Region Repoint

If your account needs to be repointed to the correct region, don't hesitate to get in touch with the QuickLink Support Team, using the link below

Important: After  the region has been updated and confirmed, all associated servers must be restarted
