Begin by accessing your server desktop, where you will see the SkypeTX control panel open.
To start the Skype TX removal process, right-click the Windows icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Then navigate to “Apps and Features”.
Once Windows Apps and Features is open, scroll down to “Skype TX 4” and select uninstall.
Once uninstalled, the Skype TX 4 program will no longer be listed.
Next, we need to remove a folder that contains Skype TX information.
Right-click on the Windows icon and navigate to “File Explorer”.
The folder that we need to delete is called “path”.
Open “Windows (C:)” – right click on the path folder and delete.
Once the “path” folder is deleted, we are ready to install QuickLink Studio v7.12.32
Open your browser, copy and navigate to the link below. This will then begin the download.

Once the download is completed, navigate to your downloads folder.
Right-click on the Windows icon – File Explorer – Downloads.
Select the “Studio_7.32.32.exe” - Right Click – Select Properties.
Once the properties window opens, select unblock by ticking the box and applying. Once you have applied, select OK to close the properties window.
Now that it has been unblocked, we can begin the installation. Right-click on the “Studio_7.12.32.exe” and “Run as administrator”.
The installation will begin as shown below and close once completed.
Once completed, a server restart is required.
When the server restarts and Windows is launched, you will see the Studio QuickLink Control Panel launch.
The installation of Studio v7.12.32 is now completed.
