How do I change my password? (User/Booker roles)

If your account type is a User or Booker role, this article will explain how to change your password for QuickLink StudioCall.

  • User: a user who can log in and participate in sessions by contributing video and audio.
  • Booker: a role that has permissions for managing guest invitations and scheduling.

To change your password, you will need to use the Forgot password option. Navigate to the QuickLink Studio portal (https://quicklink.network/).

From the login screen, click Forgot password?

Enter your email address associated with your QuickLink Studio account, then click Send.

You will receive a password reset email to the address entered. Open the email and click the reset link.

Enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm. Click Reset.

Your QuickLink Studio account password is now updated. You will receive an email notification that your password has been changed.

Return to the QuickLink Studio portal (https://quicklink.network/), and log in using your email address and updated password.
