When first using StudioEdge, configuring your resolution and frame rate is one of the first things you may need to set up. Your current format will be indicated in the top right-hand corner of your StudioEdge interface, however, this can be changed with several different configurations available.
If you do need to change the format, you will need to access the Desktop of StudioEdge. From the Desktop, run the QuickLink StudioEdge Unregister application.
Once done, you will next need to run the QuickLink StudioEdge application. Double-click on the desktop icon to restart.
You may get an error that StudioPro is already running. If so, click Restart Software.
When the software boots, you will be prompted to sign-in. Before signing in, change your project resolution and frame rate using the Video Format drop-down box.
When happy, click sign-in to launch StudioEdge with your newly configured video format.
Once the software has restarted, you are ready to access the StudioEdge Dashboard (edge.quicklink.network) and begin introducing remote guests.
