Minimum Zoom Version

QuickLink StudioEdge requires the operator Zoom accounts to be at a minimum version 6.1.1.41755.

If your Edge version is 4.4.2 and above then it will be using Zoom version 6.7.5.

This can be checked by:

1. Signing into the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Account Settings.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under System Updates check "Require users to update the client"

If you have a Group of users you can also specify the minimum Zoom version for the group specifically:

1. Sign into the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
2.  In the navigation panel, click User Management then Groups.
3. Click the applicable group name from the list.
4. Click the General tab.
5. Under System Updates there will be "Require users to update the client"
