StudoEdge Channels can be assigned a friendly name, making them easier to identify in the QuickLink Manager Portal.
By default, the Edge Server channels are named "ComputerName-StudioCall-1"
First you will need to go to the QuckLink Manager Portal, after signing in to the portal you should see your StudioEdge channels on the bottom left if you don't please see our article on Introducing a StudioCall Caller.
Find the Edge channel you would like to rename, select the settings icon (gear/cog) next to the channel. The channel settings panel will then open
After the settings panel has opened up click on the Edit Icon (Pen), on the right hand side of the channel name,
On the new menu that pops up, enter the new name for the StudioEdge Channel. Click Save to apply the change
Once saved, the friendly name will be displayed throughout the QuickLink Manager Portal, making your channels more manageable and easier to find.
