Yes, you can remotely restart your StudioEdge hardware using the QuickLink StudioEdge interface (edge.quicklink.network). This is useful if you are unable to physically access the unit, allowing you to reboot without needing to be on-site.
To restart your StudioEdge unit, first sign in to the StudioEdge Portal and connect to the unit you want to restart.
Click the SETTINGS button in the top-right corner of the interface.
In the Settings window, navigate to the SYSTEM tab.
From here, you can initiate a forced restart of your StudioEdge hardware. Click Force Restart, and when prompted, confirm by clicking Yes.
Please note that restarting the hardware will temporarily disconnect the device. The unit will come back online within a few minutes. Avoid restarting the unit while it is in use or during active calls, as this will interrupt any ongoing sessions.
