With Quicklink Cre8, you can easily stream your productions to Bitmovin. If you are not already using Bitmovin, you can start a 30-day free trial, here. To find out more about Bitmovin's video streaming infrastructure, visit the Bitmovin website.
To stream to Bitmovin, you will firstly need to log into your Bitmovin account. Visit the Bitmovin site, then click Log In, or click here.
Enter your Bitmovin login, then click Sign In.
From the Bitmovin dashboard, navigate to Streams, then click Streams.
Select the Live tab, then click Create Live Stream.
Give your stream a friendly name, then click Start Live Stream.
Copy and make a note of your Server and Stream Key.
Returning to Quicklink Cre8, open the settings by clicking the icon.
On the Stream tab of Settings, below RTMP, click Add Target.
Enter a friendly name for your Stream (i.e. Bitmovin Stream). Paste the Server copied previously into the RTMP Server box. Next, paste the Stream Key copied previously into the RTMP Key box. When done, click OK to apply your stream settings.
Your Bitmovin stream is now configured and you are ready to begin streaming. When you are ready to stream, click Start Streaming.
Your stream will now initiate. You can return to your Bitmovin stream to check your stream. Scroll to Share & Embed, click Share stream link, and copy the URL.
Paste into a new tab to view your stream.
To stop streaming, press Stop Streaming in the bottom right hand corner of the Quicklink Cre8 interface or from the Streaming tab in the Settings window.
