Streaming to StreamShark

In this guide you will discover how to stream your QuickLink StudioPro productions to StreamShark, a live and on-demand streaming platform.

Setting up your stream to StreamShark is simple. To achieve this, first visit the StreamShark website and sign into your account. If you do not already have an account, you can start a free 7-day free trial here.

Once on the StreamShark Dashboard, click Streaming Events.

Within your Events, click Add.

Add your event details. Select the Event Type; Standard or Multistreaming Only. Enter a title and description, and change the stream URL if you wish.

From Advanced Settings, select your Ingest Location. From here you can also choose to add a splash image, configure access control, enable live chat and more. Once configured, click CREATE.

You have now created your stream. From your Events, click on the event name.

Make a note of the Primary Server URL and Stream Name. You will need this information to input within QuickLink StudioPro.

Returning to QuickLink StudioPro, open the settings by selecting the settings-icon.png icon from the menu.

Within the Stream tab, click Add Target within the RTMP section.

Enter a friendly name for your stream (I.e. StreamShark Stream).
