Using QuickLink StudioPro, you can very easily stream your productions to Muvi Live, a live streaming platform built for scale.
Setting up your stream to Muvi Live is simple. To achieve this, first visit the Muvi website and sign into your account. If you do not already have an account, you can start a free trial here.
Once logged in, ensure that the Live Streams tab is selected, then click Add Live Stream.
Enter a Stream Name and Description. Ensure that Encoder or Streaming Software is selected as the Source.
Lastly, select the Nearest Location from the drop-down. Click Save.
Your Muvi Live Stream will now be created. You will now need to start your live stream by clicking Start. This process may take up to 2 minutes.
Once your live stream has started, a pop-up will appear with your stream information. If you accidently close this window, you can easily reopen by selecting the ellipsis icon on the right-hand side and clicking Stream Info. From this window, make a note of the Stream URL and Stream Key. You will need this information to input within QuickLink StudioPro.
Returning to QuickLink StudioPro, open the settings by selecting the icon from the menu.
Within the Stream tab, click Add Target within the RTMP section.
Enter a friendly name for your stream (I.e. Muvi Live Stream).
Next, paste the Stream URL copied previously into RTMP Server, and paste the Stream Key into RTMP Key. Click OK.
You have now successfully configured your Muvi Live stream. When you are ready to begin streaming, simply click Start Streaming.
Your stream will begin, and a timer will show the duration of your stream.
Returning to your Muvi live streams, click the thumbnail to open a live preview of your stream from QuickLink StudioPro.
When you're ready to stop streaming, simply click Stop Streaming.
